Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be delivered. Most orders should be delivered within 1 - 3 business days through our carrier UPS (United Parcel Service). Once shipped, If there are any delays information will be sent out via email ASAP! Once you've ordered you will receive a order confirmation and after your item ships you'll receive a unique tracking number as well. 

We also are not responsible for packages that are sent back due to insufficient address. If your package is sent back due to this matter please be aware that you are FULLY RESPONSIBLE of covering the cost to reship the package. ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED BY UPS WITH PRIORITY MAIL.
